I went to my Chiro today. I've been so sore and just haven't been sleeping. I'm stiff from the adjustment but I've already had one good nap so I can tell I will sleep better.
My last pregnancy my labor wouldn't start so I was induced. Anyway I asked my Chiro to pop my foot as it's been hurting. He back up and said "Exactly where?" And he went on to explain that some foot massage and adjustments as well as ankle and lower calf can actually trigger labor which can cause miscarriage in early pregnancy but can obviously help if labor needs a jumpstart!
So I am thrilled. If my labor doesn't start this time around I'm calling my Chiro in before they give me pitocin!!
