hope she doesnt keep you waiting too long hun, but remember every extra day she spends in there is still better for her so if she doesn't come in the next few days at least you know she's getting stronger x

you should!!

the night before my water broke I had ...spicy food, walked everywhere, bounce on my birthing ball, drank RLT, and had birthday cake ( my mom said it would make him think that its his birthday! )

I do so much walking that just seems to give me BH.
Been doing a bit of bouncing to i may just have to wait until DH gets home and see how tired he is (sorry if tmi)

nothing yet few little pains over night and this morning but nothing big. Me and DH going for a big walk soon which may help but I doubt it
