Need some inspiration for the kiddies. So far everyyear we have all had a novelty sweater but they only get one days wear so a waste of money.

DD- will be 6 months. I struggle the most with her clothes. I still have no idea how to dress a baby girl.

DS -3. Years 9 months. So something comfy.

Im going for festive colours this year. Something that will get worn more than once.

I have Christmas dresses for my DDs, who will be 3.5 years and around 1 month! I have managed to find an identical cardigan for DD1 as well so they can match!

I never get specific christmas outfits, but i think if i did i would get 'wintry' rather than specifically christmassy, so they would wear them again (eg jumper with penguin on rather than one with father christmas). I let Hayden pick his own clothes, so he will decide what he wears. Sometimes Zoe chooses her own, too!

We don't do novelty or specific Christmas themed clothes here either. Usually a beautiful wool jumper, cute shirt, probably tartan or similar, and some traditional looking trousers- tweed, cord, etc., and some fairisle wooly socks.

I've got a hideous Christmas sweatshirt for myself. I bought it for Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day last year. I'm hoping it'll still fit over my baby bump by then!

Little girl has a festive dress I picked up in last year's January sale. It's a very simple tshirt shape, in purple velvet, with a thick band of gold sequins around the bottom.

I got both my boys jumpers from the next sale the type that look like shirts nd jumper together.

I don't know what to get this year! Here's what he wore previous years.

(Minus the bowtie. He also had a matching flat cap. I don't have any pictures from that Christmas! :()

I'm not sure about Christmas day yet (we're not going anywhere or expecting guests so we might just slob in Christmas pj's!).

He's wearing this to go see Santa though :)

We put fleece moose pjs in his christmas eve bag and for christmas day he had new jeans, red h&m dress shirt, and wintery scene jumper. oh and as you can see because he was still dribbling he had a reindeer bib.

Will probably do something similar this year minus the bib.

either one of these options

1. we go to someones house for dinner - matching shirts and jeans
2. we stay home - a jumper and jeans

last year harvey wore a tartan shirt and jeans and morgan wore a shirt with santa tie and jeans with braces

I've gotten some cute t-shirts the girls can wear in december and the lead up to Christmas. DD1 has a sparkly snowflake and DD2 features snowmen. I'm planning on getting some nice dresses for a family portrait (haven't had one done in years!), I'm hoping to find red plaid ones for a decent price but haven't looked much yet. I feel like I'm starting to fall behind, haven't even picked out Halloween costumes yet nevermind Christmas!

I've never bought a specific outfit for Thomas. We don't go out anywhere so generally he just wears comfy stuff x

Last year I had a navy cord dress with white stars and an applique pattern of 2 red robins for DD and had DS in navy cords and a red shirt with white stars, so they were coordinated, it looked cute :)

I always buy myself something new for myself too, usually a dress

we normall dress up for christmas so grace and I will wear dresses and hubby wears smart Jeans and a shirt. I have a lovely red dress for grace this year

This is what I have in mind for my daughter if it all goes together for Christmas Day celebrations :) Now, I hope funds allow as it would come to around $100!! I need to wait until things go on sale here and there.

I tend to just get nice dresses for my girls, something a bit more expensive than I would normally buy x

My baby girl will be in one of these two outfits and my son most likely some new next jeans and a top thats not too bulky under his new varsity jacket :)

The red outfit for MJ I'm thinking she can wear to see Santa and they can be in pink and blue on Christmas day.
