clash of religions

Still in very early stages of pregnancy (hoping for a boy)

Anyway, DH is muslim (islamic) and I am christrian...this creates a problem when it comes to naming our baby.

Do you have any suggestions of names that would suit both religions

boy and girl names welcomed. Plzzzzzzz help!

My mam had this problem as my stepdad is muslim..they have four kids together and their names are Adam, Mohamed, Laila and Zakariya all which are muslim names..Other names they had picked out were Aaliyah, Amira and Serene ,

Maybe just avoid religiously based names?!? But as a Muslim man your OH will fully expect your child to be brought up a Muslim, as dictates in the Quran, so if it must be a religious name then of course an Islamic name would make sense. One of my favourite for a girl is Farrah. Not sure about for boys.

My oh is Muslim too he's called Ali but we are not going down a religious name he has chosen an African name for our daughters middle name and we have 4 children together and there not bought up as Muslims but then again my oh was born a Muslim his family are etc but our children can decide when there older xx good luck
