Cleaning products?

I was cleaning my house, and I vaccumed, which Idk if I'm supposed to do, but also I used the generic brand of pinesol and the generic brand of windex. I looked it up but there was no definite answer. I don't want to hurt my baby. Does anyone have any info on the use of these products during pregnancy?

I'd only avoid bleach.. Of course you can hoover! Lol, I did use bleach but I had the window open as wide as it would go, I also painted but again had the window wide open, most things are fine, just avoid skin contact (use rubber gloves or wash hands after) and basically doing solvent abuse Lol you'll be fine

I don't have my Windows open cause they get stuck and I don't wanna chance anything trying to open them, but I've washed my hands multiple times with hot soapy water. I feel

Thanks! Do you happen to know what the risks are? Like could it cause a miscarriage or would it be like birth defects? Cause I'm sure one time isn't going to give my baby birth defects. Right?

Probably potential birth defects I'd imagine, but honestly, I'm sure you're fine as long as you're not ingesting the chemicals and you don't spends hours every day with the cleaning products. I'd say limit it, but I highly doubt anything bad is going to happen! My LO came out perfectly fine.

Thaaaanks! I've never met you before but I'm Erin, 13 weeks +3. And believe me, I'm a worrier. I worry about, just about oh ya know, everything. Everyone on here always makes me feel much better! So, thanks again.

Good grief. Saying thanks didn't make much since, lol. I hit the wrong thing. But hey, lol. I'm feeling pretty good, just scared still!!! I couldn't ventilate my tiny apartment very well. So I am more terrified thanks to Google. I feel like my little fetus is hurt or worse. :/ I wish I could just enjoy my pregnancy and stop worrying! &that's so exciting that you get to find out the gender soon!

Any paint is fine as long as you keep the room well-ventilated

And Erin, I know what you mean. I hardly google anything anymore cause it freaks me right out!
When me and OH get our apartment I think I'm gonna use green worx, its all natural. Maybe you have it around where you live?

I've been having what I suspect are growing cramps since the day my period was supposed to come but I had a pleasant surprise instead. And they're random, some days I get more than others. Well, I just had a cramp. Do you think that means baby is okay?

Yes, in the beginning of my pregnancy I had waves of cramps, felt like menstural cramps but lighter.

Yup, that's exactly how these have been. So even though I cleaned with that junk, I feel a little better cause of my cramps. What exactly are the cramps, do you know? &BTW, I looked up about the paint and any are okay, as long as, like Claire said, you keep it very well ventilated and wearing a mask could be beneficial.
