So I know it says you're not meant to read the lines and just go by the smiley/no smiley but I'm just wondering if you can read the lines? I just got a negative but when I ejected the test the 2 lines were pretty close in colour. Does this mean anything? Does anyone have any experience with these?

Got my smiley just so obviously the lines are 'readable' :)

My lines were like that on my clear blue but never got the smiley and I had 4 days of positives on strips so do you think my clear blue could of been faulty

I actually had a very small window of a positive test. I tested at 6pm and 7pm and they were dark lines but negative I then left it until 11pm and I got a smiley but I tested at 1am and back to negative so it is very possible you just missed it. Hth
