Hi,

I had a miscarriage in January at 10 weeks. I had a D&C on January 24th and then AF arrived on March 10th. I decided to start using the CBFM to track my cycle which I have never done in the past - today is CD25 for me and there is still no sign of me ovulating. I hit high fertility last Thursday and it remained that way until this morning when I went back down to low fertility.

Does anyone know how long it takes for cycles to return to normal after a miscarriage? I just presumed after I got my first AF that things were back on track. My cycle length is normally 35 days. I am really disappointed to see low fertility this morning as it's now looking lilke I am not going to ovulate this cycle. I was really hoping to get back to TTC.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Hi Snowflake...first off..sorry for your loss. I fouynd that my first AF was really weird after my m/c and it didn't seem that I ovulated. However, my second cycle was more normal...but shorter.

Hiya,

is this your first cycle of using the cbfm? Im asking because it takes at miminum one cycle to get to know you.

In addition, after a mc/d&c things can go a bit wacky before settling down...

Ive just started using it again after my first af aftr my d&c feb 22nd.. Ill let you know how im getting on.. I'll say this much, ive had on and off very light spotting over the last week- which i have never had in my entire life..so God knows what will happen :)

Good luck though and here's a link to the cbfm site, if that helps any, hun
