So I got a positive OPK on Thursday 2/13 on the CB digital. Then on Friday and Saturday I had a temp rise... Then today it went back down.. I have egg white CM today, was the OPK wrong? It was my first time using it, maybe I ovulate 3 days after a positive? Is that normal?

I have the clearblue monitor as well. Just used it for the first month, and mine gave me my first ever ovulation (I hadn't had a positive opk in 8 months...), and I also got ewcm the day it gave me the positive....so I think the monitor is generally right, at least for me it was. It does give you the 12-24 hours peak before ovulation, so maybe it was just catching the beginning of your spike? and then the ewcm may have just shown up a bit late? Either way, as long as you're BD'ing frequently during your 'high' period and 'peak' period, you should theoretically catch that egg....

Hi Beth, I saw the message that you sent me earlier but I am very new at this and it won't let me respond because I haven't posted in the forums enough. Silliness! I am glad I found your thread.
Like I said in an earlier post this is the first out of 3 months that I got the flashing smiley. I have not done anything differently except I finally got back to consistently taking prenatals. (in the months of ttc frustration I let that habit drop)
In my crazy ttc googling in the last couple months I found a CB response to a review on Amazon that explained why this may happen. Apparently it could mean that your estrogen spike and LH spike happen on the same day. I don't know if that is good, bad, or indifferent.
Sorry for the long post and sorry I couldn't respond to your message. Maybe in a few days I will get the nerve to comment on more threads and they will give me that privilege! FX you are one of the many who get preggos after the first month with cb opk!!!
