I am currently on day 11 of a 29 day cycle. Last month I ovulated on CD17, according to the opk that is. I have been testing negative since CD9. I never got a flashy smiley face, just this solid one ( last month I had 3 flashey ones first) I have also started temping this month so hoping to see a spike in the next day or 2? Just wondering if it seems too early for O and the test may be wrong?

I had a circle CD8 and a solid smile for 2 days CD9 yet my normal opk did't show positive till yesterday CD13... all confusing... but my CB seems to go along with my temps, have you got a chart to show?

My temps are still low, as per the ovulation kits I think yesterday I ovulated but I only went up .2 in temp this morning. I got a cheap Walmart box of opks and took that yesterday morning and it said positive too. So hoping for a solid rise tomorrow? I'm worried though because I feel I should have seen a bigger spike if I did O yesterday.

Sorry for the large image, not sure how to post my chart lol :)

I was also using ClearBlue OPKs, and recently switched to ClearBlue Fertility Monitor for a chance at more high fertility days. Although both have digital readings, I found it helpful to google search for images of what the lines on the test strip should actually look like on peak days vs. all other days. This way you can have a back-up plan and more understanding of what's going on.

I'm not sure how regular your cycle is -- mine is very irregular post-BC for more than 10 years. The number of days before O changes a lot for me, but post-O is always 12-14 days. Charting will help you understand what's going on, and the basal temperature spike is the only thing that will confirm O. The positive OPK just confirms LH surge, not actual O.

Good luck!!
