Clogged duct without pain ?

I have a spot on one of my breasts that is hard , it showed up same day my milk came in and hasn't gone away since no matter how much I try to change position or massage it or express . It doesn't hurt and isn't hot and I don't feel sick

It's starting to worry me . The day my milk came in I was wearing a nursing bra and it was a bit small and I thought that was the issue but now it's not going away and has me worried about breast cancer .

Anyone know what it could be ? Should I get it checked

Your LO is over 3 months old, so your milk must have come in about 3 months ago? And you say it's been there since then? I would definitely get it checked. It's probably not cancer, but it doesn't sound like a clogged duct. Those don't just hang around for weeks without either disappearing or causing trouble, and they do tend to feel tender to the touch.
