clomid for tt2

hi there i have a 4 year old daughter and have been trying ttc 2 for over a year and half now im starting my first round of clomid tomoroo but i was just wondering if there is a higher success rate with clomid if you have already have a child? many thanks

Didn't want to read and run ..... I don't have a 1st so can't comment on it working for a 2nd but didn't want to leave you hanging!

Good luck and hopefully the clomid works like a charm for you! If not explore other drug options as clomid doesn't work for everyone - didn't for me ....

what are you taking the clomid for? have you had other testing done?

I also might be going on clomid to ttc for #2, but i have had blood work done and have high FSH levels.

Hey emz-Amy! I have a 1 yr old son and on 100 mg clomid currently ending my 2nd cycle in fact I test tomorrow it's my final day bc I'm on provera too, so if on cd30 I get bfn then I start my next cycle. So cd30 for me is tomorrow. But I'm expecting bfn. Anyway I'm not sure about you question I would like to know the answer as well. Sorry I'm no help just glad to have someone in same boat
