clomid & opk

Im due to start clomid soon, when is the best time to start OPK's? I never seem to be able to time right...

Also going for ultrasounds to track progress during clomid.

Hey hun didnt wanna R&R. I would say if your being tracked by ultrasound scans then you prob wont need to use OPKs aswell. The ultrasound will tell you when and how many and the size of the follicles you are releasing. Good luck x

If you do plan to use OPKs, they say you ovulate 5-10 days from your last clomid pill. I started OPKs (cheap one, mind you) 3 days after my last clomid pill. I've ovulated on Day 14 both cycles (clomid 5-9 and 3-7). Hope that helps someone. I do agree that if they're doing U/S, you probably won't need to.
