Clomid pains ?! Cysts or something else ?

Hey all just finished my last clomid pil yesterday which puts me at CD10 today . For about 3 days now Ive been having a little pain on my right side . Since I finshed its getting worse . My OB told me to call so we can do an ultrasound if Im having any pain but Id hate to do all that if its nothing . If you have any stories or suggestions that'd be great . Tanks in advance .

hey Jessica, I had that last month, quite a tight sort of painfull left side for me, I'm pretty sure it was just the folicals getting ready to burst through. I'm more worried that I haven't felt it yet this month as I am day 9... So don't worry too much I defiantly Oed last month so take it as a good sign.

i get pains too, i am never sure if its the follicles getting ready or having just ovulated. Sometimes i feel tender for a few days after as well.
Strange stuff this clomid eh lol

It might just be multiple follicles- I had 2 for the first time this month and felt super crampy. I would def have the ultrasound to be sure- but I'm betting that could very well be what it is. Hang in there!
