Clomid Question

So I have been prescribed clomid. The doctor said to do two rounds at 50 mg and 1 round at 100 mg, if needed.

So in August I did one 50 mg round with left over clomid. (Before this prescription). It was expired and I did not ovulate.

I then started this fresh prescription in January. I ovulated late on CD 18.

So I am wondering since I ovulated late if maybe I should try the 100 mg round this coming month and try to bring it up and maybe a stronger o?

I have also thought just stick with the 50 mg in a back to back cycle since clomid is suppose to have a cumulative effect.

What would you ladies do?

I think I'd stay with the 50mg for the next cycle. It does have some cumulative effects and as long as you ovulate and have a long enough lp you should be good.

Thanks! Thanks what I am thinking. I'm thinking I am going to take 50 mg days 5-9 to help with producing a stronger o.
