Clomid round #2... anyone else??

Hey everyone!

DH and I just celebrated one year of marriage last month, and we have been TTC #1 since October 2013. I after several irregular cycles when I came off birth control, I went to see my OBGYN and was diagnosed with PCOS. I've completed one round of Provera and Clomid, (50mg) with a . CD21 Progesterone level last cycle was 12.1. Doc said they like to see >15 on Clomid, so on Monday I will be starting round #2 of Clomid, 100mg this time. Anyone else on Clomid? Looking for buddies during these cycles! Wishing everyone out there TTC lots of luck,

I did my first round last month of 50mg and got my period so no luck. Doc told me my progesterone lvl was still low and I was suppose to start another round but couldn't get into the doc due to the early Holiday weekend.

I feel bad that I kinda missed out this month with taking it again.

I haven't asked what exactly my lvl was but from the get go my tests all looked normal except low Progest.
I'd love to join and see how the 100mg helps your lvls since that's what I'll probably start next month. I'm curious to see if it raises yours since I've been looking online at natural ways to raise it.

Sorry to hear you missed out on trying clomid this month. I'll keep you posted on how the 100mg works for me. Will be starting it on Monday, CD3.

Good luck, just wondering as I have no idea about all of this, does the clomid and provera help to get your cycles back on track? As in it gets ovulation to happen and AF to come?

Hey, ive just done my first round of clomid. Currently on cd 29 and got bfn this morn so I guess im waiting for af to show now and then ill start my 2nd round. X

Provera will make you start your cycle. I was on CD 71 with no AF in site until I took Provera. Then I started clomid on CD3, ovulated on CD 14. So yes, if you're not ovulating or having a period, these drugs help you.
