Okay, I guess it's different for everyone. We'll just have to have more bloods to confirm about ovulation. Just reading that although alot of women have lh surges it does not mean you ovulated! What temperature should you be around ovulation?

yeah that's right,i had positive opks on cycles I didn't ovulate.i don't know about temping.

Any advice on coping with the hot flashes? I imagine layering would be good.

Dr told me not to both with OPKs as with PCOS you can get multiple surges and not ovulate. I have never gotten a positive though.

no advice really...mine only lasted ten mins so not a big deal.

my hormones aren't affected by my pcos so I was told they'd be ok, and they were and really helped.

I just make sure I have something nearby to fan myself with! I do wish I could stick my head in the freezer but I guess that's not practical!!

second round for me....i took with Black Cohosh [see link below - female infertility section - there are other more specific references on the web to this trial] and NO SIDE EFFECTS at all although still pre ovulation phase!!
