clomid & unexplained infertility

hi every1
i'm new to this just found this site today
been ttc since aug 07 with a little break of about 6 months, anyway been trying again for a few months now, but have started with AF pains today so know she's on her way.
consultant has said we can have clomid at our next appt, which is in 3 wks time, so basically just wondering whether anyone has had any success with clomid and unexplained infertility.

Hiya, we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility after TTC for 2 years, and I conceived on our 3rd round of Clomid. We also used 'instead' cups the month we were successful too.

I'm currently on clomid, second try. Due to PCOS. Have heard that second month is usually the most successful, but there have been one month success stories. It all has to do with your body.

They explain it better than me, but basically you insert one after sex, and it keeps the sperm from 'escaping'.
