Clomid users, side effects and ovulation?

Hey girls,

I was wondering if any of you had NOT suffered side effects at all and still ovulated?

I am worrying I am not having any side effects yet and therefore maybe it isn't doing anything and I won't ovulate x

I wish I could say yes but I had no side effects on Clomid and got really low progesterone numbers. However, I had tons of side effects on Femera and still low O numbers so I don't think the 2 are linked.

Yes!

I ov'd on 50mg doses earlier in the year with pretty much zero symptoms.

Just to warn you though - I also lost ALL my typical ov symptoms - no ewcm, no pinching on one side etc. the only way I knew was with opk & bbt.

Fist cycle with 50mg I had tons on cramping ect. No ovulation. Next cycle 100mg not very many symptoms other than heat flashes and Def ovulated and was confirmed by day 21 blood work. So it can happen!

i ONLY had some mild hot flashes the first time i took it and ovulated like clockwork

Thanks for the replies. I have had some soreness at random times coming from both ovaries but more on my left side. I am CD 7 now so I think another week before I actually ovulate, maybe 2 weeks as my cycles are unpredictable. My husband deploys in 13 weeks and I sooooo want to be pregnant before he goes as he wont be back until July next year so we will have to wait nearly a year from now before we could try again x

Hey, 4 cycles on clomid with absolutely no symptoms, ovulated everytime. Which I never ovulated before due to pcos. Was taking 50mgs. Good luck
