I have 2 siggies (By Lexi & Heidi) & I'd like a 3rd for my rotating sig, would you mind doing one? I'd like to keep it small so I can keep my rotating ticker as well..

I'd Like:

Thomas & some form of quote, if possible, could I have a Thomas tank engine theme? If not, I'll leave it upto you..
