Clothes for xmas

Ive got Lo new pj's for xmas eve, and a new dress, tights, cardie, and shoes for xmas day. There not presents though.

Yeah like Midnight-fairy, we buy better quality/more expensive stuff for Christmas presents than we normally would, and they don't replace toys. She has LOADS of toys, and clothes aswell. Clothes are not included in our Christmas budget

The only clothes I wrap are there Xmas eve presents which are pjs, slippers chocs and a DVD each lol x

Minipose has some clothes wrapped up for Christmas, quite a few actually - Thomas the tank, Taz and Hungry Caterpilar pyjamas plus a Toy Story outfit (t-shirt, hoodie and jeans). Most of the clothes I buy for him usually are second hand as that is where our budget is right now. As I had brought him some new stuff in the next size up when I had a bit more money I decided to wrap it for Christmas.

He still has lots of toys and since the clothes are more on the fun side of things (with characters on rather than basic vests or something) I don't have a problem with them being wrapped up as extra gifts.

Kids bored of opening presents lol mine could open them all day every day haha.

I will save some for after dinner and if my son gets all anxious we will just save some for the next day (that sounds like they have loads but its just average lol) x

Dec only had a handful of presnts for his birthday, I think maybe 6-7 and after the first 3 he was finished we had to force him to open the rest, I couldnt believe it !!!! lol

lmao, mind you my DD is a bit lazy, I bet my DS opens some of hers. He is a boy on a mission at xmas! x

yes I buy clothes and wrap them.

as a few others have said, the ones they get for xmas are more expensive, with their fave characters on.

when they need clothes other times of the year they are quite basic and cheap, the ones for xmas a special.

its my tradition. I was always bought new outfit for xmas, that I opened, and now I do it for my kids.

Yep my Dylan doesn't like opening presents and it's worse when he see all the toys santa has left.
(I go alittle over board at christmas)

Last year I ended up opening most of his presents and showing him what he got he just couldn't be bothered

My son always asks for clothes on his xmas list, so he has some to come this xmas as well

He seems to be growing so fast & always needing them

With older kids that will appreciate clothes I would, not with younger kids though. Apart from christmas pjs

We have brought zacoiya toys up to 12 months to last him through the year till his birthday but we also brought him a few nice clothing items that i have wrapped up - next year i wont be wrapping clothes for him as he will be old enough to pay interest into his presents where as this year he wont
