CM after a pap exam?

I'm 8dpo, I was checking my CM daily, I got a pap exam done yesterday so I was wondering if any of you have experience checking CM after a pap exam or knows when is a good time to start checking again and get an accurate sample.

I had sticky CM yesterday morning, now it's super watery and a bit more.
Not sure if this is normal after pap or my CM actually changed.

I notice after pap exams that I have a lot of what could be mistaken for CM, but it is actually lubricant that the doc uses so the speculum (sp?) does not hurt me...Also, I notice some slight spotting afterwards....that's all normal. I would think by the end of the day you should be okay for checking CM again though....because the only thing that might throw you off is the spotting or the excess lubricant.
