Hi,
I have read in many places that Co-enzyme Q10 is good for promoting healthy lining and implantation. I was wondering if any one knows what is the recommended dosage?

Thanks,

xxx

I can't remember the exact dosage that I read, but I remember that to really make a difference, it had to be really high, like 10 times what the normal dose sold at Tesco and co is. Holland and Barratt do a higher dose it was way really expensive to buy on a regular basis and without even evidence that it is a problem for me I decided not to go for it. I only consider that it might be a problem because I have such short periods (2 days).

Do you know that it is definitely an issue for you or is it just that you think it might be?

i've just come back from Holland and Barratt intending to buy some agnus cactus and they have an amazing promotion going on, CoEnzyme Q10, 120mg 30 tablets for £5 (or so) instead of £20. I think the standard dose is about 30mg (but they do 10mg also), so 120mg must be quite a high but safe dose. I got two boxes!

Oh Thanks! I am off to Holland and Barrett tomorrow then. I am not sure if I have this problem but just incase.
