Hi, my LO has trouble sleeping in his bed from 5am onwards pretty much every night. If I take him in bed with ne we both get some early morning sleep. I just want to make sure that what I'm doing is safe. Mostly I put him on my chest and we both sleep really well. Some times I cuddle him next to me but I don't sleep as well because I'm afraid my oh will roll on to him! Is it ok to sleep with him on me? I often fall asleep like this by accident whilst feeding any way so I'm assuming it's not all bad but would like to make sure. Thanks

Here are a couple of links you might be interested in reading. They have checklisst for safe co-sleeping :flower: If you are falling asleep with LO on your chest it's probably better if you lie down and nurse as there is a risk of your baby rolling off your chest.
