Yes!
I have a saftey rail that fits all size mattresses (useful) and baby always sleeps that side. Its mesh so even if he somehow managed to roll and press his face right against it he would still be able to breathe.
There are also "snuggle nests" that you can place on the bed that are like LOs own space.

snuggle nest was the only one i have heard about. seems like a good idea but im worried LO will complain as she likes to sleep on her side?

I dont co sleep so have no idea how good they are but i did notice that argos do a rail to fit to your bed. Have no experince on this so not recomending but did see they had them. argos online normall have customers comments next to products maybe worth a look.
