Coconut oil

Has anyone used this before, whether to cook with it, or as a skin moisturizer...?

coconut oil is AMAZING!!

I've used it for eye makeup remover, heel moisturizer, all over body moisturizer in the winter, deep hair conditioning, lip moisturizer, and sometimes I'll even add it my smoothies.

make sure to buy good quality raw organic coconut oil.

pure coconut oil is an amazing moisturiser, especially for babies. neonatal use it

I've cooked with it a little. I've heard it's amazing for too if you need help in the lube department. I've never needed additional help there so can't say I've used it personally but loads of girls on another board I frequent rave about it.

I swear by it.

I use it as an all over body moisturiser and it makes my skin silky smooth (I have pretty dry skin). Also use it as an overnight deep hair conditioning treatment (but need to protect pillow cases if doing this and don't put too much in as it's sooo hard to wash it all out!).

I use it in cooking (when I fry chicken/eggs etc, I use coconut oil rather than veg oil etc).

It has so many health benefits if you can stomach to eat it (or cook with it). If not, it's great for skin and hair!

I love coconut oil, ive used it as moisturizer to, my mum used it on my lil brother when he got dry skin and scalp, its fantastic stuff, she also cooked with it x
