Cold/flu relief in pregnancy???

Is it safe to take lemsip??? I know paracetemol is safe in normal doses but is it ok if i was to have a lemsip? I feel like poo

I didnt think they were safe in pregnancy, but I am not 100% sure. I wouldnt take it untill you know for sure hun. Try lots of vicks and maybe hot blackcurrent x

Thanks yeah i found out they are not safe to take as they contain a decongestant ingrediant that isnt reccomended to take in pregnancy xxx
