Combatting Med Induced Weight Gain

Hi Ladies!! I am due to start my IVF process at the end of the month and was wondering if anyone had any tips/tricks for overcoming the dreaded stimming med weight gain? I already exercise regularly, so was wondering if there is anything else I can do?

I didn't gain any weight with my meds, in fact, I lost a little. Just try not to overindulge and try to go about your daily routine as normally as possible x
