Comfort milk question

Our health visitor has advised us to swap LO's milk to a comfort milk due to constipation, we use advent size 2 teats atm... Will these be ok with the comfort milk or do I need bigger teats? (I have a boots gift voucher and was gonna use that for them if so!)

Maybe try avent variflow? The thing that is different with Avent teats compared to most other teat brands is that when they increase in flow, they just add an extra hole of the same size. So 0m+ has 1 hole, 1m+ has 2 holes, 3m+ has 3 holes etc. While most other teats stick to one hole but the hole size increases when the teat size goes up. Avent vari-flow teats are best for thicker milk as they work on the single hole priciple and you can achieve 3 different flow rates within the same teat. xxx
