Coming off the pill???

I missed 2 days 2 weeks ago due to being really ill and so we decided i might as well stay off as we were going to NTNP when i finished the pack. My AF came as usual during the week break previous, and i had a bleed for 3/4 days starting the 30th of july which i assume was the forced bleed of coming off the pill.

Im trying to get some kind of clue when AF will visit again?? Can anyone be of any help???

I know, i only stayed off when i missed 2 because my cycles vairy so much anyway. xx

Hi there, not sure if this would help but i finished mid pack, had a withdrawl bleed (of which i counted day 1 as CD1) and got my next real period exactly 29 days later.
It was a bit confusing as it was 6 weeks from my last period on the pill but yeah. I'd say use your withdrawl bleed as the start of the cycle.
