Company using my name.

Hi, wondered if anyone can help me - I used to work for a company up until December 2011 and any business or customers I brought in to the company I dealt with personally. My parents were 2 of the customers I brought to the business, since leaving I assumed my work would be picked up by someone else. But last week my parents received a letter signed by ME! I've rang the company but they have yet to come back to me. Not only is this misleading to the customers as it's not actually me contacting them like the letter implies but I'm extremely annoyed they have done this without my permission! Is there anything I can actually do?!

try asking to speak to the boss and if they won't let you, contact trading standards in your area.
