hello ladies and gents,
ok I am 30 years old and was diagnosed with pcos when i was about 20- not really any info given to me apart from what i have read up on the internet. i have been ttc for a few years but no success, which kinda got me into a depressive state where i thought i am not a real woman as i can't seem to get pregnant. anyway i am determined after leaving it a while to try again, but i am so confused, i don't have regular periods and i never seem to get a pos on my ovulation tests- would it be better to go see a doctor to try and sort my periods out first or just keep trying?
i feel stupid asking such basic questions but my relationship with my mother isn't exactly close so we don't really talk about things like this, so any advice would be amazing.
thank you =)

I suggest you sign up on Fertility Friend and start charting your BBT. Charting your temp is the only way to 100% confirm ovulation. Once you know when you ovulate you can figure out when you are most fertile.

I don't think many Dr.'s will do much unless you've been trying for a year. As it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive.

Fertility Friend also has some great tutorials you can watch about temping and charting.

Don't worry about stupid questions here - I was CLUELESS about TTC until I got here. I've learned so much, when we first started TTC (10 months ago) I thought all we had to do was have sex and it would happen!

HA!
