Confirm this is a girl??

We had our 19wk scan the other day and the tech said it's a girl but never showed us any parts, I am not even sure if this picture has parts but figured I would see if anyone else can decipher anything out of this. I know with my last daughter I saw the 3 white lines so not sure on this one! I will get another u/s at 30 weeks so I'll have it confirmed then but for some reason I feel like the tech could be wrong, lol.
