Hi all! I apologize for the length in advance.

OH and I have been TTC #1 naturally for just over 2 yrs. I am 31 with no history of abnormal cycles. We had an array of tests done in Jan 2014 consisting of LH, thyroid and testosterone, as well as a follicle scan, which all ruled out PCOS.

We then had another round of tests in Jul 2014, including HSG, FSH, LH, thyroid, AMH, Estradiol, glucose, testosterone, progesterone and vitamin D, again ruling out PCOS. The only bad news we received from the second round of testing was AMH at 0.97 and less than ideal vitamin D.

The fertility specialist prescribed 600mg Ubiqunol, 75mg DHEA, 200mg L-Arganine, 250mg vitamin B6, 1000mg vitamin D and 81mg Aspirin daily, which I began in August. We were instructed to wait 8-12 weeks before resuming TTC. During that time I took a break from temping and only charted AF, which showed that my cycles remained normal.

We began TTC again in Nov opting not to use OPK's because they've always been hard for me to gauge. According to BBT I O'ed cd16, we BD cd13 and cd15. I have always had an 11 day luteal phase and always begin AF on the 11th day. AF came on cd13 that cycle (Dec 2nd). I chalked it up to the supplements increasing LP.

We tried again for the Dec cycle, BD on cd12, cd14 and cd16. Again BBT showed that I O'ed on cd16. We also had a saliva progesterone test run on cd21 that showed my progesterone as being in normal post-O range. So O definitely occurred. During the LP I noticed that I had no cramping (unusual for me as I usually have some mild cramps 4dpo onward), no heartburn (also unusual for me as I always get it from around 7dpo to AF) and extremely sore nipples from 5dpo (I have never has sore nipples in LP, sore breasts only) Also noticed an absence of sore breasts.

Well that brings me to my current dilemma. I ended up missing AF completely. No spotting, no cramps. BFN on cd12. BFN and temp dropped a full degree on 14dpo. Temp back up on 15dpo. I ended up having a light tan colored discharge beginning 16dpo, hardly noticeable. That continued for a few days and completely disappeared. Nipple pain went away and breasts began to become sore after that. I have had mild symptoms since then. (Bloating, gas, increased hunger, frequent urination, foggy thinking, small blue veins in nipples, darker/larger nipples, sore breasts, dizziness, very mild headaches)

Negative HPT on 19dpo (cd35). I decided to wait a week to test if AF didn't show, which she didn't.

The night before I was to test (last night, 25dpo/cd41) the tan discharge began again with no cramping. That same night I had a horrible migraine that landed me in the ER. They ran a blood test when I told them that I may be pregnant, so that they didn't give me any meds that might be harmful if BFP. The doctor came back about 15 min after the blood draw only to tell me that I must be irregular because the blood test was BFN. They cured the migraine with relatively pregnancy safe meds at my urging. I left the hospital confused, as I was sure it would be BFP.

Today I am just plain confused. It is 26dpo/cd42. I have NEVER been this late before. The evidence proves that this is not the result of annovulation, so what else could make AF this late besides pregnancy?

(Also, side note: Cervix was obviously HSO with EWCM on and two days before O day, moved MMM for two days, then HSC since then. Scanty white creamy CM since about 4dpo. Has become progressively softer since 16dpo but remains high and closed, with a slight increase in CM. Today 26dpo/cd42 CM was scant but more like EWCM)

I am a little on the heavy set side and have read that HCG sometimes won't show on HPT's for larger women until around 14dpo as a result. But why BFN on a blood test? One theory OH had was that since they ran the blood so quickly, perhaps they spun down the blood sample and dripped the serum onto a lab strip test, which usually only reads HCG levels above 25. But wouldn't my HCG be way above detectable levels by now, and why have all the symptoms persisted, some getting worse? Cryptic pregnancy?

Like I said any ideas are welcome. I am driving myself crazy bouncing between pregnant and not, and if I am not then I would like for AF to come so that I can resume TTC!! ](*,)

Thanks for reading my novel! :dohh:

***Correction: I have read that some larger women won't show on HPT until 14 days after a missed period (not 14dpo).

so did you ever find anything out? i had a friend who showed up negative on urine and blood tests till she was 5 months along!
