confuse early af or implanation

hiya my last af was started 29th may didn't chart as haven't been well but bd once during ov time aproxx a week later started to get really bad pain in right side around the right overey area then on Saturday /sunday got brown cm with a little pink still same now slight brown cm ( like when af has just finished or about to begin ) nothing much just when wipe af not due till sunday / Monday don't know if af coming early as never had this before a week early or implantation maybe ?

have had bad headache
lower back ache
vivid dreams
