Confused about EPO ?

Hello all,

i am new to all of this as have only been trying for a month or so! As i don't understand all of the abbreviations and terms yet i am a bit confused about taking EPO, I have taken it every day for years to control moods swings etc.. and didnt even think about not taking it ? Should i stop all together ( this could result it divorce lol ) or only take it at certain times ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

From what I understand EPO taken at the beginning of your cycle up to ovulation helps produce more fertile cervical mucous which is needed for the sperm to swim through and meet the egg.

Generally I believe most ladies take it just at the beginning but I could be wrong and am sure some of them will correct me

I dont know if there are any side effects of taking it after ovulation- perhaps someone can shed some light on that for me?
