confused? am i going insane

hi ladies, i usually have a 28day cycle but this month things seem dif, i shud have ov yest but im almost certain that i ov at the weekend had loads ewcm then and now practically nothing. my prob is since monday i've been having mild cramps when i sit down and this morning have felt nauseous to the point that i dry heeved (not sure if thats correct spelling lol). I didnt have any symptons with my daughter just a missed af but not due this for another 12days so know that i cant be having pg symptons just yet.

Does anyone have any ideas what it might be
