confused! implantation or spotting?

Yrsterday I had a brief pinkish redish dc which has now stopped. Ive had a bit of cramping. No idea when i ovulated but af due on friday so spotting was 5 days prior to exp af. Could this be implantation bleeding? I tested yday bfn so guessing its af starting? Any advice appreciated muchly ladies

Timing sounds right & i knw i didnt get a bfp until next day or maybe 2 days later so fx for u x

Aw really! How many dpo were you? Out of interest? I have no idea when i over! X

I had the spotting 5/6 days before expected af & tested positive on hpt 4 or maybe 4/5 days before af. So day aftr i had the implantation bleed x

I had a BFN on Saturday morning, about 15 dpo, and then later that morning i had a small brownish smudge when i wiped, but i wiped clear the rest of the day. Sunday morning I had a very faint BFP so I bought a digital and got BFP Sunday afternoon. So, I am guessing I had a very late implantation, but you don't make hcg until implantation so test in a day or two. I know some people get BFP before spotting, but it might just take a little longer to make it's way out after implantation.
