confused with cd's

Right do you class the day af shows up as cd1 or the day after? Ive always classed it from the day after without realising as ususally say af showed up on a monday I would assume it was due 3 mondays later 28 days later but that would be cd29 if you class the day of af as cd1 :S im confused!! So is your 28 day cycle actually a 28 day cycle or is it a cd28 (really a 27 day) cycle if that makes any sense at all x

If its spotting then its not cd1.

1st day of full flow is cd1 xx
