Hi!everyone I am very confused 4 days of positive opk and temp rise what does this mean?

I had this happen to me before. What brand of OPKs are you using? FF confirmed O with 3 days of a temp rise and +OPKs still! The OPKS just measure the LH, which we have varying levels at all different times in our cycle. It usually peaks right before O. You could just have sensitive tests. Since then I only use digis

I use target brand stopped using dig ones because it gave me mixed messages had positive and neg from same urine sample
