Confusedd!anyone in same position??

Hello i had miscarige over a week ago and have been having regular really am hoping to get pregnant straight away! me and my boyfrend will do anything to just have a little baby! and i think id ba good mummy and he will be a great daddy!! is that possible? if not how long does it take for ur normal period to come? coz im all over place with dates at the mo! xxxanyone else in the same position???

From what I have read on here, getting pregnant quickly after a loss is really quite common as the progesterone in your system assists fertility... be warned it can lead to difficulties dating the pregnancy if you don't have a visit from before getting your though as they don't have a LMP to work from x
