First of all I am so sorry if I’ve posted this in the wrong place but I am desperate for some advice. Long story short, I am on clomid, had AF 20th July and assumed that cycle hadn’t worked when I had AF again on 19th August, had some super sore boobies going on and some spotting on Tuesday so thought I would just rule out pregnancy before I rang my fertility specialist and I couldn’t believe it when they were all positive, clear blue digi said 2-3 weeks so obviously cycle that started July 20th worked. However, I obviously wasn’t very hopeful due to the spotting and the fact that i’d Had a particularly heavy AF 19th August so my doctor told me to assume that the af of 19th August was a chemical. I have had no blood work done, no scans, no help whatsoever apart from my fertility specialist arranging a scan for me on September 12th but what is concerning me more is that I have been having constant AF like pains in my right ovary region the whole time so I am scared of an ectopic, although I wouldn’t say it’s painful, more of a niggling feeling that does get sharper occasionally but not painful. Would I be expected to be in more pain if it were ectopic? I am pretty convinced that this is not going to end well but The last thing I need is to lose a tube in the process, I already have poor fertility  x

Never give up hun. Some ladies have periods at the beginning, if it would give you peace of mind I'd go to your local hospital for pain and bleeding. They'll give you a test and scan to confirm baby and location. Wishing you the best and a very adamant sticky bean
