constant pins and needles in my hands since i woke up

So i have pins and needles in my hands since i woke up this morning. Its seems to b getting worse but i dont know where its come from also one of my hands is shaking really bad when i pick anything ul. I was at a wedding yesterday so had quite a bit to drink yesterday and only had 2 and a half hours sleep last nite. Could it just be that im tired and dehydrated or should i call the dr and speak to them? Any advice would be great im actually quite worried x
