does anyone know how i can get the number for ebay resolution centre. Im dealing with a thick shit seller who is ignoring any form of contact and ebay are saying 'send it back' blah blah blah but she not given me any information as to how etc.. and point blank not responding to me

Be careful sending it back. I bought some fancy dress costumes which came in a shitty condition. Sent them back per ebays request. Seller received them but didn't issue refund so I escalated the case. Next thing I know, ebay rule in the SELLERS favour because in one of the messages I'd sent, I'd mentioned when I'd washed the dresses I'd found ANOTHER bit of damage (despite saying I saw the other damage IMMEDIATELY as soon as I got them out the bag). So they said I had 'sent them back not in the condition they were received in). Complete tossers, I'll NEVER use fleabay again!
