Contraception whilst bf?

Which form of contraception do you use while bf if any?
I don't really want to go back on the pill as I don't want my milk supply to drop or I don't want to pass anything through my milk to my son.
So which is the safest option? Xx

I have the mirena coil, the progesterone only pill is safe too

I've personally considered an IUD which only releases progesterone into the uterus, leaving your breasts (normally affected by pill, shot, etc) unaffected at all.

It's good for 5 years!

I used the mini pill. Safe for baby and easy in the body. My IUD was a nightmare. But to be honest. Even exclusive BFing and the pill didn't stop me from getting pregnant again within two months of my first being born. Lol

You can always just use condoms. Simple and effective. Lol
