Contractions here and there all day

So i've been having contractions all day. They start in my lower back and move to the front. Well they were irregular until around 6 then they were like 20 mins apart and now their back to being whenever lol. Oh well at least I know what a real contraction feels like now lol. I've felt a couple before but nothin like I did today.
