Cot bumpers 'not recommended' ???

Great advice ladies thank you! Feel much clearer now, glad we decided not to buy the bumper xx

I have my bumper on at the moment... but that is until he is born, then I will take it off. I just love looking at the full done cot every morning :)

Here is Aus they are banned and i dont know many places that sell them but we do however have a product called AirWrap its like a cot bumper but its mesh.

I didn't know this, thanks for the heads up, so should i just use blankets instead of a duvet/quilt?xx

Duvets are a definate no no here in UK! Never saw the point of bumpers tbh. Once LO is old enough to reach and grab the ties that hold them you have to take them off and thevadvantages seem more to do with aesthetics than any need.

We used a breathable bumper with DS & it worked great. :)
