Anyone done it? What were your results like? Starting it tomorrow and I'm intrigued as how it's been for people.

I absolutely love this app. I didn't complete it unfortunately due to me injuring my knee but I was doing really well (got to week 5)

I'm going to give it another go when the weather gets a bit better

I started yesterday. Oh my thighs feel it today

I found it good though, i was way too shy to go running outside but i bit the bullet and soon forgot about everyone else whilst listening to Laura. I've never ran before - ever. Except for the night bus So yeah, I felt pretty proud!
