Could anybody please make me a banner ?

For my adspace can somebody make me a banner

One 468x60 banner with the word CrAzYbAbYdAyZ Written on it or if u can use this pic below and crop it and add a border or something that would be great , I lost my photo editing stuff on my old laptop so a little stuck
