Could I be experiencing the "clear out" ?

Hiya ladies. For the last few days now I've been using the loo a lot more & my stools have become more & more soft. I've been bout 4 times today but I've just been to the loo & had a pretty harsh case of diarrhea (sorry if tmi). I went for a long walk earlier & this afternoon I've experienced a couple of pains in my lower belly, a mix of period like cramps & the horrible feeling you get when you have got the poops! Lol. Just wondering if this could be a sign of anything? Any ladies with experience that can advise a little... Thanks in advance, Laura x

I had the same thing the past couple of days, going to loo alot, soft stools upst tummy, infrequent tightenings and pains....... today nothing

I think its definatly your body changing and getting ready but not necessarily for imminent labour.

This waiting game is tough at the end, the anticipation of what our labours will be like and finally meeting our baby

About 2 days before I went into labour with Euan i just pood more and more and on the day it was pretty much diarrhea then it stopped and hey labour started. Lets hope so.
