Could I Be pregnant??is this Implantation bleeding

hello everyone! I'm back eventhough i havent posted up that much threads but after last month when mother nature took her course after the multiple munipulation my body was giving me into thinking im pregnant. I gave up on the thought and pressure i was putting on myself and my fiance..long story short this month i was stop keeping track on my cycle days and i caught my period Feb12,2013 and it ended Feb 13,2013 which is unusual cause i normally have a regular period for 6days since i was 13years.. i've been throwing up alot of yellow stuff with saliva sorry for the TMI but im just wondering if i had implantation bleeding or was this a very short painful period..
